Popis práce

  • Delivering services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts (OLA, SLA, SA, DA…) and internal KPI.
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication
  • Leadership and development of people in dedicated team to be able to deliver agreed quality and maintain satisfaction of employees.
  • Continuous improvement of services in entrusted area, proposing improvements in related areas and implementation of improvements initiatives.
  • Providing inputs into financial plans and effectively manage business and resources of own team in order to meet financial budget
  • Operational management of critical situations and solving business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
  • Delivery of all people-related regulatory topics (labor code, internal rules & guidelines)
  • Active steering of capacity of team resources and quality of results to ensure SLA fulfillment and effective operation.
  • Coordination and control of take-over and delivery of services according to standard/processes.
  • Collection and providing feedback on terms and conditions of contracts.

Požadované jazyky a jiné znalosti

  • University degree/Secondary school, specialization in IT/Economics/Business Administration 
  • Previous leadership experience, team building, people development and motivation
  • Experience and skillset in people management
  • Leadership – influencing and relationship building skills
  • Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Collaboration and responsiveness
  • English language skills (written and spoken) required – level B2 – Independent user
  • German language skills is an advantage
  • Financial and commercial managerial skills
  • Enhanced skills/experience in area of people development
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, certification is an advantage
  • Problem identification, solving and crisis management capability reporting to junior management level
