We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the especially responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The Logistics Coordinator must be able to work as part of a team, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions. Works in transportation and warehousing of goods from vendors to customer over the world. Processes orders  and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock and products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

Logistics Coordinator Job Duties:
• Coordinate and monitor E2E order process flow           
oCreate, receive and process orders from customers to vendors          
o Trace, track and expedite purchase processes          
o Order acknowledgement            
o Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure the deadlines are met

• Coordinate and monitor E2E delivery                
o Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements          
o Coordinate Inbound and outbound  delivery          
o Follow up with suppliers to receive order acknowledgement with price, quantity, ship to address and promise date

• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc
• POD management
• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
• Makes sure stock level is kept at optimal level
• Oversees inventory of goods
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Monitor and facilitate repair orders
• Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
