Job description:
 Provide installation, configuration, integration, upgrade and testing services for new projects and on-going maintenance for SAP environments
 Provide installations, upgrades and system administration for Oracle databases
 Performing client copies, system refreshes and SAP troubleshooting
 Error analysis and processing of tickets
 Handle complex infrastructure requirements and changes for multiple projects and coordinate those with our customers
 2nd level support and handling of the Incidents and Change-Management
 Participating in 2nd Level 24/7 on call duty
 Short-term (usually a 1-2 weeks) business trips to Germany
 Teamwork
 Managing, planning SAP projects according to customer needs

Požadované jazyky a jiné znalosti

Job requirements:
 Min. 4-5 years SAP BASIS experience on ABAP and JAVA systems
 Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
 Unix / Linux Skills (basis admin. knowledge and shell programming)
 Administration of SAP systems running on MS SQL Server
 Experience with SAP and MS SQL Server 2012 is a plus
 Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) solutions to portal and backend R/3
 Understanding of transport management system between SAP systems
 Experience with SAP Business Objects administration running on Windows, Tomcat and Oracle DB
 Familiar with the SAP Market Place and SDN
 Experience with applying SAP support packages, Kernel packages, Oracle patches, installations of ABAP, JAVA and dualstack systems
 Enhancement package installations
 Ability to plan, design and manage SAP projects based on customer needs such as new installations, system and database upgrades, sizing calculations
 Ability to work in a multicultural team in a central European set-up
 Close cooperation with customer, taking responsibility for customer
 Support 7x24x365 based SAP environment operations during on-call rotation
 Produce/work on documentation and procedures regarding the proper use and operation of the corporate SAP system infrastructure
 Self-motivated demonstrated good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
 Basic knowledge of IT-Security & ITIL (ideally ITIL Foundation), ITIL Certification is an advantage
 Provide SAP NetWeaver technical Basis administration tasks in a large, complex, computing environment
 Strong technical background
 Fluency spoken and written English, German language skills are a plus
