We are looking for Business Analyst interested in working in the start-up environment with the backing of a global company to develop business applications that will impact employees and customers throughout the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop User Stories and Business Requirements to support the development of application.
- Work with product stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit accurate information for use in the Business Requirement Documents.
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and with the Dev Team and Product Owner
- Use a variety of techniques including group sessions and one on one interviews to capture and document requirements.
- Provide insight regarding product workflow, consistency, and usability to guide the development and impact of the product for our customers.
- Develop and maintain a customer focused relationship with the product stakeholders and other information technology areas by collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
- Prioritizing the Product Backlog
- Breaking down Epics into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Leading the Sprint Planning
- Business process modeling
- Workshops for stakeholders and team members with business experts for business requirements eliciting. Product backlog refinement in close collaboration with the Product Owner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken, English on daily basis)
- 3+ years experience with writing business requirement documents
- Experience developing requirements in an agile environment. – Business knowledge with SDLC experience
- Exposure to or experience with Project Management Methodologies
- Superior time management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and data gathering skills
- Detail oriented with superior problem solving skills
