Purpose of job:
- Feedback comes from many different channels now, and in order to produce a product that provides maximum value to customers, someone that understands the product and the organization needs to be listening at all times. The intake analyst will monitor, analyze and report information collected through best research methodologies, internal/external feedback channels and product management input to provide sufficient and relevant information for key product decision making on the design and implementation of customer centric and competitive digital tools.
- Close cooperation with Product Management Specialist, User Engagement Lead, Marketing Intelligence Analyst, Marketing/Sales Leaders and P&IT Leaders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze suggestions that are provided by internal stakeholders (sales, deployment, business, P&IT) in order to provide inputs for the product backlog.
- Track and analyze feedback that the customer specialist teams provide (User Engagement, Marketing, OCM) in order to provide inputs for the product backlog.
- De-duplicate incoming backlog items in order to allow the Product Manager to effectively plan releases.
- Produce documentation in accordance with predetermined templates in order to prepare feedback into the format of a story for agile team consumption.
- The most important decisions that this job makes: Uncover service value elements: functional, emotional, life changing; Define the preliminary priority of all items; Manage communication channels between the listening channels and the product manager.
- Challenges of the position: Effectively prioritizing the backlog to maximize efficiency; Assessing the amount of value a client will receive from a particular story; Maintaining an organized and updated backlog.
Requirements for applicants:
- Master’s degree
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken, English on daily basis)
- 2+ years of experience on similar position
- Experience in data analyses in terms of analyze feedbacks come from many different channels, formulate conclusions, report findings to management in order to produce a product that provides maximum value to customers
- Experience in design thinking / in terms of finding balances between the business need with customer one, which helps ensure that we build the right things; solutions that will be valuable to our customers
- Experience in business valuation to analyze and report information collected through best research methodologies, internal/external feedback;
- Good experience in using MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point);
- Very good communication and persuasion skills.
