Project context
The services of the contractor (service provider) will ensure that the appropriate IT infrastructures and cloud systems are planned, designed and implemented. In addition, support is needed in the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure tools as well as in the automation of IT infrastructure and cloud systems. This requires the planning and coordination of workshops to optimise infrastructure solutions. Advice on the integration and automation of processes is needed.
Task
- Planning, design and implementation of IT infrastructures and cloud systems
- Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems, including troubleshooting and problem solving
- Review the security of IT systems, including firewall management, malware protection, and access control
- Cooperate with the IT teams to ensure that the systems meet the Client’s requirements
- Developing processes to automate IT infrastructure and cloud systems
- Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Documentation of IT infrastructures and cloud systems
- Evaluating new technologies and tools that can improve IT infrastructure and cloud systems
- Provide technical support to development teams in setting up and configuring cloud environments
- If necessary, training users and technicians on the use of IT infrastructures and cloud systems
