Summary
• Term: 8 October 2024 – 31 December 2024 (58 workdays)
• Location: nearshore Germany, 3 on-site days
• Project: Machine Learning-based Models and Pipelines in the AWS Cloud
Project context
The services of the contractor (service provider) will ensure that the appropriate IT infrastructures and cloud systems are planned, designed and implemented. In addition, support is needed in the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure tools as well as in the automation of IT infrastructure and cloud systems. This requires the planning and coordination of workshops to optimise infrastructure solutions. Advice on the integration and automation of processes is needed.
Services to be provided
• The task will be to drive the development of novel innovative AWS cloud-based machine learning models and pipelines
• Planning, design and implementation of IT infrastructures and cloud systems
• Implement and maintain infrastructure and platform tools, such as cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) and management tools, among others;
• Development of processes for the automation of IT infrastructure and cloud systems
• Creation of APIs and integration of data into applications
• Develop scripts and tools to automate repeatable tasks and processes
Must have requirements
• Experiences with AWS Services and Tools: At least 3 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Experience with APIs and integration of data into applications: At least 3 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (Python, Bash): At least 3 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Experience with infrastructure management and automation tools (CloudFormation, Ansible): At least 3 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
Target technical requirements
• AWS Tools/Services: S3, Lambda, Docker, EC2, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, BO-TO3, aws-cli: At least 3 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Datadog): At least 3 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Experience in optimizing cloud costs and resource management: At least 2 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Analytical skills to automate repeatable processes: At least 2 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
• Knowledge of security and network architectures: At least 2 years of experience, proven by at least 1 project reference
