About the Project
- Analysis for product development in the area of document management / electronic archive for the file service application
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of assignments, proposal of changes for SW development
- Creation of migration analyses
- Monitoring legislation in the field of file service and archiving
- Creation of IS documentation
- Collaborate on the project with contractors, developers and testers
- Create technical analyses
- Create analyzes of user requirements and models (functional, process, etc.)
- Be responsible for the preparation of documentation, delivery of specifications
- Support and cooperate in the development and testing of new functionalities, e.g. in the form of consultations with developers and testers
- Ensure compliance with recommended procedures, verify the quality and correctness of analyzes and models
- Be responsible for the correctness, completeness and timely delivery of analytical documentation within the project
- Take care of the systematic and clear structuring of analytical outputs in the tools and repositories used, propose any changes in the analytical and documentation methodology
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CASE tools (preferably Enterprise Architect)
- Ability to navigate in relational databases
- Orientation in electronic document management (file service, ECM, DMS, etc.), eIDAS, GDPR
- 4 years of experience as an analyst in IT
- Experience with migration analysis
- You will deal with the creation of an analytical description of functionality for the needs of software development
- Knowledge and relevant practice with application analysis/design and UML diagram design
- Knowledge of the principles of modeling – object, process
- Systems thinking, communicativeness
