Your duties:
The main role is Leading and managing of the testig department. You can expect these duties:
- Commercial responsibility for business unit (business planning, strategic sales, customer care, profit and loss, revenues)
- Staff responsibility of 20-30 employees (Personal performance evaluation and development, recruiting of new colleagues, Upward and downward communication, Leadership etc.)
- Technical leadership (monitoring new technological trends, contribution to company technology stratégy, setting up new strategic directions etc.)
- Multi-Project management (time controlling, risk management for avoiding delays, selecting and leading project teams, projects planning
Testing department is focused on test process and test methodology:
1) we define test process valid for our company
2) we provide test managers who will setup processes on different project across the company and customers to support implementation of test process
3) they should find new or innovative way of testing
4) we focus on test specification and methodology of test specification to ensure quality and to enable automated test implementation. Projects cover Test specification for Škoda Auto, Team of Test Managers for different projects and internal projects for test process definition and implementation.
Knowledge
- Leadership experience (2+ years), good management skills
- Experience in process definition and its implementation into companies processes
- “The Process Owner” experience is highly appreciated
- Advanced English (must have) or/and German language (nice to have)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical capability, organization skills and attention to detail
- Sales management awareness and customer relationship orientation
- Willingness for occasional foreign business trips (mainly Germany)
- Driving license, active driver
- University degree (technical preffered)
